Bio

I am an Associate Professor (Docent) in Human–Computer Interaction at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences (DSV) at Stockholm University, Sweden, and a Docent in Social Psychology in the Faculty of Social Sciences at University of Helsinki, Finland.

I co-lead the Stockholm Technology and Interaction Research (STIR) group where we specialize in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW). My own research is focused on shared and collaborative uses of algorithmic systems, including intimate health technologies and exchange platforms. [For more details on our research, see Publications and Projects.]

I received my PhD in Social Psychology from University of Helsinki in 2014. Additionally, I hold a BSc (Eng.) from Aalto University’s interdisciplinary Information Networks degree programme.
